Secure - MedRelay operates on a feature-rich platform that recognizes the critical nature of moving data from location to location in a secure way. MedRelay ensures HIPAA Compliance by using secure 128-bit encryption as the service relays data from any PC location to your central server account housed in a redundant, secure Network Operations Center (NOC). All data is relayed through a secure connection with all parties who have access to transferred files needing to have login credentials for MedRelay as well as having access to data granted by the Account Administrator.
Exchange - MedRelay is based on a "Platform" and "Module" Architecture. The Platform performs all the data movement and consists of the server and agent communications. The Modules handle the presentation of the data to the end-user. We have built many custom front-ends to help our clients view and manipulate their data in a very simple fashion. Because MedRelay was created in this way, we have the flexibility to create additional industry modules very quickly.
